The building of the Svetciems Society Corporate Event House was built in 1912. Later in the 1920’s and 1930’s it was renamed into Salacgriva Society Corporate Event House. This was the place where Voluntary Firefighter Organisation, the Salaca seashore fishermen's trade association and Salacgriva Department of Ranger Organisation Aizsargi took active part in many events. This was also the place where Salacgriva Krajaizdevu society that was established in 1908 was located.

15 active residents of Salacgriva Town founded Svetciems Society of Corporate Events in Salacgriva Town. The first head of the society was baron Ralfs fon Fegezaks from the mansion of Svetciems. His deputy was Roberts Berzins. The issue with the premises was resolved thanks to Salacgriva Society of Corporate Events established in 1890 that by that time had faced with financial difficulties. It offered to use its premises that were located in house on Peldu Street. The Salacgriva Society of Corporate Events then used the premises for its own needs. On February 13, 1924 Svetciems Society of Corporate Events was renamed into Salacgriva Society of Corporate Events.
